Shoulder Mobility + Strength

Whether you’re a climber or not, shoulders can range from slightly sore to incredibly tight. Come to this workshop to learn yogic techniques to take the shoulder through all ranges of motion. Learn to mobilize the shoulder region, as well as better techniques to keep the shoulders happy while strengthening.

Yoga Series- March 2020

Wednesday, March 4 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

Start your day with a dose of mindfulness with certified yoga instructor, Kate Douglas. Within this hour-long yoga class, we will move the body at a slower pace, taking time to bring clarity and a sense of steadiness to the system. Be prepared to practice a gentler form of yoga to calm the mind, energize the system, and ease stress.

All levels welcome, but ability to get up and down from the floor is required.

Participants will need to bring their own yoga mats; we recommend two mats for those that may need some extra cushioning on the concrete floors in the new Visitor & Education Center.
